If you use it with Asynchronous PPP over ISDN (aka X.75
aka /dev/ttyI0) then it is almost identical to modem diald.

if you want to do SyncPPP.

That's because noone uses it. Almost all ISDN users use
the auto-dial support from the kernel/ipppd rather than
diald.
