This is an old diald-config and may be buggy. You want
diald-config-1.2.1-1.noarch.rpm. You'll also want one of the
diald-config-(un)metered rpms, depending on whether your phone
company charges you for time connected.
Don't try to use clone devices. They don't work. I'm working
on a new release.
