It very similar with modem cabel but [mother-mother]. Its need to connect
directly to computers via com-ports. The layout of the null-modem is:

        <> Pin layout of the serial cables.

            9 - 9 Serial           9 - 25 Serial         25 - 25 Serial

            2 ======= 3             2 ======= 2          2 ======== 3
            3 ======= 2             3 ======= 3          3 ======== 2
            4 ======= 6             4 ======= 6          4 ======== 5
            5 ======= 5             5 ======= 7          5 ======== 4
            6 ======= 4             6 ======= 20         6 ======== 20
            7 ======= 8             7 ======= 5          7 ======== 7
            8 ======= 7             8 ======= 4         20 ======== 6

But in most situations you need ONLY 3 rx -- tx, tx -- rx, gr - gr. For
diald - I am not sure.

So you can make it by hand in 15 min. ;-)
