I have diald 0.16 running on 2.0.33 .  I have one w98 machine and one w95
machine. When I turn my w98 machine(10.10.10.11) on after a couple of
minutes, diald dials without me making any requests. I turned debug on and
got this message:

filter accepted rule 22 proto 17 len 72 packet 10.10.10.1, 61001 =>
204.127.129.1,53

10.10.10.1 is my linux box also setup as the gateway address on the w98
machine.
204.127.129.1 is my ISP's DNS server which is setup as a DNS server on the
w98 machine and also in my resolv.conf file.

Using an unmodified standard.filter file.

Can somebody please tell me what is kicking off this dial. Also, it
re-dials every 3 minutes and hangs up after 2 minutes of connect time.
