This will force the link up from 8a - 5p m-f
and force it down in the evenings and weekends.
The timeouts on the different protocols have no
effect if you are using force up and down rules.
If you want it only to dial when it sees traffic
then delete everything above the word up including
the word up and it will respect the protocol rules
during the times it is not forced down.
