Why Telnet disconnect ?

I'm using Telnet from Win95 via Linux box with diald.  The Telnt
connection drops after 10 minuts of inactivity (the link stays up - no
redial is  needed) and I have to restart my telnet session.

Is there any setting for this timeout ?
