If the broadcast is coming FROM your ISP going TO your system, the traffic
seems to be unsolicited traffic from your ISP. So diald isn't actually
*sending* a packet every 10secs, but rather receiving one.
I guess you could either do something to your filter-setting to ignore the
broadcast/multicast. Or you could find out what your ISP is up to.
