Well I guess I should have noticed the syntax mistake myself but I didn't. True,
I haven't been bothered by Netscape bringing up the link on exit since I put it
in, but that isn't conclusive - it may have been due to other factors such as
the precise circumstances which cause it not having arisen in tha last few days.
Anyway, I've made the correction - "ignore tcp tcp.fin" it is.
I believe I've included everybody I mailed the original misremembered filter
rule to.
