Well, you won't stop it by changing diald filter rules, at
least, not easily if ever. Odds on it is because of DNS
queries, either direct or because samba is bouncing WINS
look ups to DNS (samba does have a config option to turn
DNS fowarding off).

  Everyone, if you have demand dialled links - of any
description - you really should be running a local
name server and you should ensure that *only* that
name server is allowed to forward requests off site.
