GNOME diald applet?

freshmeat.net lists a GNOME applet to control diald connections.  This
sounds like a good idea, but the link returns a 404.  Does anyone know
where this can be downloaded? (Please don't email it to me, I can't handle
large files in email.)  Thanks.
