Why the magic limit of "10"? It seems like an arbitrary number of
ISPs and phone numbers per ISP would be much more powerful.
I have one client using an annex that connects to a few hundred
different telephone numbers. If they wanted to replace their annex with a
diald solution that was configured using your program, the number 10 would
prevent them from implementing it...
