That's not really the issue. IE5 works fine with only 2 name servers in the
tcp/ip configuration while Outlook (Express) will time out before the link
is up. With IE, the link comes up in about 30 seconds and things go
alright. In OE, somehow it gets a response or reaches some timeout set in
the registry and gives up within about 15 seconds. It needs to just try
again....however it may be set.
