Diald Loosing Packet

Hi,
I'm using a dynamic dial up on a LAN.
Does anyone know if there is anywy in which I can keep it from timeing out
on the first request.

IE someone starts netscape, diald dials out, and then netscape times out
unlesss you do a re-load..  any ideas?
