Put your ISPs primary nameserver in resolv.conf on the diald machine
twice followed by the secondary.

Make the diald machine a cache/forward nameserver.

Configure TCP/IP on the Win systems with DNS enabled and enter the diald
machine twice followed by you ISP's primary (once).

Works for me on about 6 different networks.
