0.99.3 out it seems

Going through http://diald.sourceforge.net/download/ and
ftp://diald.sourceforge.net/pub/diald/ give an empty directories.  An
oversight I'm sure.

But going through http://sourceforge.net/project/?group_id=179 lists the
latest version as 0.99.3 and a working link
http://sourceforge.net/download.php?fileid=1434 for the source code.
