garry,

it looks like your windows web browsers are using your linux box as the
www proxy, but apachy hasn't got proxy_module (and the necessary
configs) enabled. if you want to utilise apache as a www cache for your
lan, read up on proxy_module in the apache on-line manuals. if you
don't, let the win machines connect directly to the web by removing any
proxy setups in the web browsers.
