It took me a day or so to find out that you have to run both commands at the same time 8-) Being used to KWinTV and others this isn't a very intuitive way. I think I will write a HOWTO-Budget-Cards after I found out what to do to get it all running. The above solution is not very userfriendy and I try to get some more infos about useable applications (where you can swap channels without restarting mplayer). I would even write them myself if I would know where to start...
