I had a similiar problem: Moving the Marks did not change the image, so I had to guess wether they were at the right positions (kernel 2.6.0 and 2.6.1). Since I updated from linuxtv-dvb-1.0.0 to linuxtv-dvb-1.1.0 and vdr-1.2.4 to vdr-1.3.3 it works again. I use a single Hauppauge DVB-S card.
