Hm, this sound's pretty like the Advantech PCM-5862 which works well for me
with all the peripherals.

Shure, they are like ISA Card's from a Programmers Point of view. They are
actualy ISA Card's with other mechanical connectors nothing more.
I'm using a Axiom SCA-1315 with the driver supplied at
http://www.llp.fu-berlin.de/pool/software/counter/ this one has been written
for an ISA Card.
There is also a DAC PC/104 Card called SCA-1320 which I use as well.
I don't use a driver for this, just direct port access via /dev/port

This should not be a Problem as the C&T 65554 is supported by XFree86 but I
don't have used the Graphic subsustem Of my Advantech board so far.
