This is File System, quite simplified good for small partitions. Can be put
on any block device like floppy, hard disk, etc.
What you need is ROM block device driver. There exist such patches, but one
has to search for them. Look into pcmcia-cs package - there is a driver for
pcmcia flash cards, should be quite similiar to other flash devices.
