I have read through the archives and compiled a list of FAQ's. I am currently
stuffing the obvious answers into place, then I will publish a draft. Probably
tommorrow. There are a lot of holes that I hope others of you will fill in.
Then we can add other questions. I think some questions will require a
mini-FAQ. See comments in the draft;-)
