I was down this road just a couple of days ago.  There may be more
suppliers, but two that I found easily are:

Crucial Technology aka. Micron sells flash SIMMs:

$80 for a 3.3v 4Mx32
$160 for a 5v 16Mx32

EDI, who appears to really be White Electronics.  They have a pretty
good selection of 80 pin SIMMs.  No prices on their web page.
