In may case I trying to install a feisty machine from a feisty machine
with FAI. I then do all the config after that via cfengine2
If fixed the linuxlogo issue by modifying the init.d script linuxlogo:
adding
[ -d /var/run/linuxlogo ] || mkdir /var/run/linuxlogo
after the loading of the lsb functions makes it work.
I haven't written an cfengine2 script for that because I haven't taken
the time to look at how cfengine can go to a specific line in a file.
