We really need more fields in bugzilla.
The problem is that when doing queries, it is helpful to have the same
fields mean the same thing all the time. This is because I use queries
to figure out what things are still lingering behind and should have
been fixed by now.
Having the field sometimes mean one thing and sometimes mean another is
confusing.
