 I invalidated dependence by commenting out a part of the following files.

 Revised file:/usr/lib/rpm/macros
 ---------------------------------------------------------
 %__perl_provides        /usr/lib/rpm/perl.prov
 %__perl_requires        /usr/lib/rpm/perl.req
 ---------------------------------------------------------
