A user of PB/PG for Linux has asked me to make a 'glibc2 compliant'
source for PB/PG. I would be glad to do that, but even after having
followed this list for quite some time (a couple of years, as a matter
of fact) I do not feel prepared to do it. I would like answers to some
questions such as:
- what is the difference between libc and glibc?
- what is the story behind glibc/libc?
- is there another C compiler (than GCC) that uses (requires?) glibc?
- any ponters as to how to get such a compiler/library for development
work?
Please enlighthen me...
