You might try giving the interface a valid IP-address when nrattaching
(use the -i flag). If you don't have a IP-address of your own you can use
one from the 10.0.0.0 test block.
Also try checking with 'ifconfig nr0' that the said interface really is
active. It should show the UP and RUNNING flags.
