Have a look at the Thames Valley IP User Group 9k6 modem (url in sig below) as
this DOES have a Linux driver for both 2.0 and 2.2 kernels and is a third of
the price of the MaxPak one.
It also has DOS drivers for *NOS, Ethernet, BPQ and Windows with the SV2AGW
packet engine. It even has an addon now to make it into a bit regen repeater
(hopefully to be uploaded to the site today). It can also be used on an SCC
card or a TNC (all connectors already in place, PTT onboard and no x16 clock
required!!)
