Think about it: you get high-speed access to Bezeq. And? The international
line is still of the same quality... So are inter-provider lines. 

I have FR now. And from the experience, I'd think thrice before
recommending it for home use over cheap 56K modem... And over ISDN - twice
so. If everything you need is fast web browsing/file download, very fast
line is not going to help you too much, I fear. And if you have a habit to
browse in "peak" hours (from 8pm until 3-4am), you'll get almost nothing
from it, IMHO.
