> B. Gizmoz Inc. IS NOT selling it's users details to spammers or anyone
else.

Well, that's pretty strange, since Chen clearly wrote (black on white
background)
"From time to time, we may make our database of user information available -
on an aggregated basis - to other parties for promotions of and
solicitations for their goods or services "

Is there any other meaning to the phrase 'for promotions ... and
solicitations for their goods..' I'm not aware of?
In the old days it meant SPAM. Now it means 'visually animated messages'?

To make sure Chen and I aren't inventing wild lies about Gizmoz, I welcome
everyone to go directly to:
http://www.gizmoz.com/site1/legal/membership_terms.htm
and read section 11.

Read it, and then come back and read this:

> It is NOT our business.

You mean
nobody-has-to-know-its-your-business-unless-they-read-until-section-11-of-th
e-terms-without-getting-tired.
Maybe you should make that section is an extremely small font? That should
hide it well. (using the same font color as the background is also a nice
way for 'its not our business'). How about calling it Super Perfect Awesome
Material? (S.P.A.M) that should hide it.

Man, selling SPAM to children. A really great place to work.
