Well, one thing you can do is to download KISDN (if you use KDE) and
install it:

http://www.millenniumx.de/kisdn.html

And about the archives - please don't be lazy. Goto the Linux IL web
pages: http://www.linux.org.il and look at the mailing lists archive
there..
