"hebrew" should be an alias to "he_IL".
see /usr/share/locale/locale.dir
(or maybe /usr/lib/locale/locale.dir).
I used the word "should", because I think that parcatically it is an alias
to iw_IL
I'm also not sure what charset is used (the part after the "." in the
locale name)
