I don't know about Tevel experiance, but Actcom provides STATIC ip for both
cable and adsl. They do not provide static ip for cable matav and arutzey
zahav, all other ok, due to matav and zahav disability.

I use Actcom with ADSL and I more then happy both with service and with
speed. Linux support is good, masq never stopped working for me for 6 months
already.

So, your best bet is to call them and ask, they provide very good info.

And btw, I am not affiliated with them in any way, just a happy customer :-)
