Looks like a bug in konqueror. Please submit a report.

This is more the way we work around broken html. All other browsers have this 
aswell. Someone forgot the closing -->, so we restart parsing at the place 
where the comment starts and interpret things. I would guess IE interprets 
the code aswell.
