Hi Erez, for ISO burning (if I download an ISO) I simply use the cdrecord command: cdrecord -dev=0,0,0 -speed=48 -eject <iso filename>. This does the trick pretty well.. For more advanced features - I use CDBakeOven program which I find highly useful and easy to learn and use, can make boot disks, creates ISO's, etc - cdbakeoven.sf.net - please note that you'll need KDE installed in your machine for using it.
