Serious, though. Aviad - python, perl, tcl, C and C++ are languages.
tk, qt and gtk are widget sets.

So - you need to decide whether you want a compiled language (C or C++)
verson an interpreted/pcoded language (perl, python, java, etc).
Alternatively, choose a toolkit, here I cannot advise - I think both QT
and GTK are par excretance and have never touch tk. YMMV.

Have a look at GTK+/DFB++....

Choice of language will force choice of toolkits in many case and VICE
versa.
