I don't know. I can ask a lawyer. This is called "consumer revolt", and is an acceptable form of fight, in principle. Also, we are only exercising the services given to us by the bank, and for the purpose for which they were given to us (checking balance). Also, our protest avenue is directly related to the injustice we feel have been made (i.e. - we really could check our balance over the site if it supported Firefox).
So, while I'll certainly ask a lawyer, I don't think it's going to be a problem.
