MS used to provide FREE office readers (maybe they still do).
There is a project attempting to do that, but last I checked, it
didn't do Hebrew. At any rate, unless someone wants to write a reader
from scratch, not using OOo code at all (like the project above) or
removes support for many features, a reader wouldn't be much smaller
that the actual suite. At least that is what the OOo devs say when
this subject comes up on the mailing lists.
