This is NOT a good way. Many mailing lists and other sources (e.g. small offices sending their mail through their ISP) will bounce. Even your email - from: <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> - had come from [EMAIL PROTECTED] Remember - all the headers (except the last "Received:", created by your computer) may be forged.
