As I am sure this is on-topic for may readers of this list (sic.): I am the Kosher Police and Canabis is definitely Kosher! Not wise, but Kosher. Pesach however throws in a twist, as it is considered by some to be Kitniyot so those that don't eat Kitniyot (most Ashkanazim and Morocans (go figure)) can't have any. That only leaves more for the Sefaradim and Eidot Mizrach. PS. This may be an Ashkanazic plot to subjigate the Sefardim, call the Black Panthers!
