Yes, you can. Just copy all the sub directories from /var/cache/yum to a common directory (this will merge all your kept headers and RPMs). After that symlink this directory to /var/cache/yum on each computer. I doubt that you have much headers and RPMs saved (unless you changed your keepcache to 1 long ago).
