Hi, I haven't seen any news about this issue in the main news web sites today, so I thought I'll post it here.
According to a new report from Vuze (the creators of Azureues bittorrent client), there are many many ISP's who use the RST trick to slow down/halt bittorrent download. We all heard about Comcast, but it seems that here in our little country we have ISP's who are doing the same trick. Their names are on that report as using the RST tricks.
