Nope. Squid is an http proxy, which can also send ftp requests as a client. On
the server side, it understands /only/ http. So, it is impossible to use
standard ftp clients (ncftp and such) with squid as proxy. You need ftp
proxies for that (I think the ncftp suite has a program for that).
