I would advise using lilo for setting up dual boot......but herez how
it's done.....
This is all you have to do......
boot into linux..cd to /boot directory
run the following command...
#dd if=/dev/x of=boot.linux count=1 bs=512 (Where x is the partition
where linux is installed)
copy the output file to a floppy
remove lilo from the MBR, if you've installed it there
copy the file from the floppy into the windows partition
put an entry pointing to that file in boot.ini (ex:
c:\boot.linux="Linux")
you should see whatever label you've assigned for linux the next time
you boot.
