Looks like, I have installed wvdial and put the relevant information using
the pico editor. But, just I was concerned about these issues:
after wvdial dials into the ISP, it accepts the username and password:
--> PPP negociation detected.
--> Starting pppd at Tue Dec 12 22:17:32 2000
Now, how do I send/check mails using inernal mail clients from this point ?
I created an account with the username of my ISP and tried wvdial from the
user account:
--> Can't read config file /etc/wvdial.conf: Permission denied
Also, while I edit /etc/wvdial.conf at root, the password is also clearly
visible ..isn't that really unsecured ?
