Rajesh Fowkar - on this list - uses goatelecom without any hassles, afaik.
For what its worth, their mailserver is seriously misconfigured - it appears to
be a compaq tru-64 unix, configured using their autoconf tool (sysman, I think
its called). This breaks sendmail (and other things) far more seriously than
linuxconf ever can. I think it is already in one or more anti-spam blacklists.
