Turn on mirroring options. This will set recursion
and time-stamping, combining -r and -N.

so we don't need -m and -r both. As for -l 20 pray why would you want to
restrict your recursion depth - I can think of many reasons why it
shouldnt move up to the parent node but why restrict downwards ?? Is
there a option -b ?? I found a -B and --base but no -b usually wget is
pretty good at figuring out URL's and specifying a base href is not
absolutely necessary.
