Hi There !
I'm trying to install Squid 2.4Stable . Initially it complained of Group
'nogroup' not existing , so I created the abovesaid group with a random
Group Id , I want to know whether it was proper or some care has to be
taken regarding that ? Next when I try to do 'squid -z' it says

Permission denied

What can be the reason ? Similarly it is unable to create Log files also
