If there is indeed any problem with the Mercury(810) , then Win98
would not have been available in 24 bit mode or whatever.
But Win98 offers clarity to the pictures , which sadly
my Debian Potato r3 box does not.
Is there anything that I can do that can get X recognise Mercury ?

Shyam
