IIRC, the "ip" command can help to some extent. If it detects multiple
MACs mapping to the same IP, it will assign a flag to the offending
entries.
Don't ask me what the flag is, I just remember reading about it
somewhere. :-D
"ip neigh" will list the ARP entries.
